What are the booking terms for a birthday party at Siege?
A 40% deposit holds the date for a birthday party at Siege, and the balance is due the day of the party. Dates are not held until the deposit is in. The final headcount is due seven days before and can go up after that, but not down; every guest signs a waiver, and Siege bills on the waiver count.
A Siege deposit moves to any date within 12 months at 15 or more days out. From 8 to 14 days out half of it is kept, and inside seven days it is not refunded. Axe throwers must be eight or older.
How do you book a birthday party at Siege?
A birthday party at Siege in Ada starts with the form on this page or a call or text to (580) 453-4045. Pick a package on the form to go straight to booking it online. For anything else, tell Siege the date, the age of the birthday guest and how many are coming, and Siege replies by phone or email to confirm what is possible.
Any day of the week can work for a Birthday Buyout, between 8 AM and 2 AM outside Siege's public hours, and a Lane Party Pack books inside them. Every guest signs the online waiver before the party, not only the ones throwing axes, so the group can start as soon as it arrives. An adult signs for any guest under 18 on the same online form.
How far in advance should you book a birthday party venue?
Siege takes only 8 weekend Birthday Buyouts a month, so a date set more than a few weeks out has the best chance of landing on a weekend. A deposit is what actually holds the date at Siege, not just a phone call or a form. Booking early also leaves more room to plan food, invitations and who is doing what on the day.
A smaller weekday party has more flexibility, since fewer families are competing for the same slot. Either way, the final headcount is what a venue needs locked down last, which is why Siege asks for it seven days out rather than on arrival.
What should you bring to a birthday party at Siege?
The essentials are the cake, the presents and comfortable shoes for anyone planning to throw an axe. Everything else, the tables, the lanes, the pool tables and the sound system, is already set up at Siege before the group arrives. Every guest signs the online waiver ahead of time, so nobody spends part of the party filling out paperwork.
Outside food or a cake comes in with no fee, and banners, balloons and table decorations are welcome. Slides or a video for the screens are welcome too.
How does a party at Siege compare to hosting one at home?
Hosting at home means renting tables and chairs, planning games, feeding a crowd and cleaning the house afterward, on top of whatever the birthday itself costs. A party at Siege folds the entertainment, the food and the space into one price. For a parent, that trade is usually worth more than whatever a home party would save.
It also removes the biggest risk of a home party: a yard with nothing planned once the cake is gone. At Siege, axe lanes, pool, games and the golf simulator are already there, so a group of kids or adults with different attention spans always has something else to try.
What if some guests don't want to throw axes at the party?
Not every guest has to throw, and that is normal at Siege, especially with a mixed-age group of kids, teens and adults at the same party. Guests who skip the lane can head straight for the pool tables, air hockey or the table-top games instead, and nobody has to wait for a turn to have fun. A parent can watch from nearby rather than joining in, and that is just as much a part of the party as throwing is.
Younger cousins under eight are welcome throughout the venue even though they cannot step up to a lane themselves. Between the games, the food and the karaoke stage, there is enough at Siege to fill a party for guests who never touch an axe.
