What does the enquiry form collect?
The private-party enquiry form on this site asks for your name, phone number and email address, what you are planning, and the date and party size. When you send it, the enquiry is emailed to Siege at contact@siegeada.com and kept in the website's own records, so Siege can reply to you.
What does the giveaway form collect?
The giveaway entry form on this site asks for your first and last name, your date of birth (to check that you are 18 or older), your email address and your phone number.
It can also take the first name, last name and birthday of the person the prize is for; Siege uses those only to plan the party and never contacts that person. Siege keeps all of this and your entry's referral code so the draw can be run, and uses your phone number and email address to let you know by phone call, email or text whether you have won.
The form asks you to agree to the giveaway rules, and Siege keeps the date and time you agreed.
If a friend enters through your link, Siege records that you referred them.
Entries are kept in the website's own records and are deleted when the giveaway is over and the prize has been given. To have yours removed sooner, email contact@siegeada.com or call (580) 453-4045; removing it withdraws the entry. The full terms are on the giveaway rules page.
How does this site measure visits?
The Siege website measures visits with Google Analytics, and what it records is set out below.
What this site measures
Siege uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages people arrive on. It records the page you are reading, roughly where in the world you are, and whether you tapped the phone number or sent the enquiry form. It does not record your name or what you typed into the form.
When you send the enquiry form, what you type in it is handled by Cloudflare, which hosts this website: it is kept in this website's own records and emailed to Siege. No other service handles it.
Advertising, and how to say no to it
This site also shares what you do here with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising, so that Siege can show you adverts later and can tell which advert brought you here. Several states give you the right to refuse that, and you do not have to give a reason.
Advert sharing is off unless you turn it on. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it stays off and this button cannot turn it on.
Who handles bookings and waivers?
Axe lane and golf simulator bookings and the waiver are handled by a separate online booking service, under its own privacy policy. The Siege website does not see the payment or waiver details you enter there.
Are phone calls recorded?
No. Calls to Siege at (580) 453-4045 are not recorded, and this site uses no call-tracking numbers.
