Siege Axe Lounge LLC runs Siege at 1606 Arlington St, Suite A, Ada, OK 74820, and this page explains what the Siege website collects and what happens to it.
What does the enquiry form collect?
The private-party enquiry form on this site asks for your name, phone number and email address, what you are planning, and the date and party size. When you send it, the enquiry is emailed to Siege at contact@siegeada.com and kept in the website's own records, so Siege can reply to you.
What does the giveaway form collect?
The giveaway entry form on this site asks for your first and last name, your date of birth (to check that you are 18 or older), your email address and your phone number.
It can also take the first name, last name and birthday of the person the prize is for; Siege uses those only to plan the party and never contacts that person. Siege keeps all of this and your entry's referral code so the draw can be run, and uses your phone number and email address to let you know by phone call, email or text whether you have won, and to give you your consolation prize if you have not. Siege may also use your email address and phone number to send you marketing by email, phone call or text; reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or ask Siege to stop at any time.
The form asks you to agree to the giveaway rules and to receive email and text from Siege, and Siege keeps the date and time you agreed and the words you agreed to.
If a friend enters through your link, Siege records that you referred them.
After you enter, Siege may send you a link to a short video page. The link is yours alone, and when you open it the website records that you opened it, how much of the video you played, when, and the package you pick under the video, if you pick one. Siege uses that only to know what to talk to you about when it calls.
A video link Siege sends by email or text can name the video it plays instead of you. When one is opened, the website records that the video was opened and how much of it was played against that video and a random number your browser keeps, never your name, and the booking button passes the link's prize code and tags on to the Siege booking site. The page takes the prize code out of its own address as it opens, and your browser keeps it for that tab until the tab is closed.
Entries are kept in the website's own records. Your name, email address and phone number may be kept after the giveaway for marketing until you ask Siege to stop. To have yours removed sooner, email contact@siegeada.com or call (580) 453-4045; removing it withdraws the entry. The full terms are on the giveaway rules page.
How does this site measure visits?
The Siege website measures visits with Google Analytics, and what it records is set out below.
What this site measures
Siege uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages people arrive on. It records the page you are reading, roughly where in the world you are, and whether you tapped the phone number or sent the enquiry form. It does not record your name or what you typed into the form.
This website counts its own visits: how many people visited each day, which pages they opened and which site sent them here. It keeps daily totals only. It sets no cookie, keeps no record of your IP address and cannot tell who you are.
When you send the enquiry form, what you type in it is handled by Cloudflare, which hosts this website: it is kept in this website's own records and emailed to Siege. No other service handles it.
Advertising, and how to say no to it
This site also shares what you do here with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising, so that Siege can show you adverts later and can tell which advert brought you here. Several states give you the right to refuse that, and you do not have to give a reason.
Advert sharing is on unless you turn it off with this button. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it is off and stays off.
Who handles bookings and waivers?
Axe lane and golf simulator bookings and the waiver are handled by a separate online booking service, under its own privacy policy. The Siege website does not see the payment or waiver details you enter there.
Are phone calls recorded?
No. Calls to Siege at (580) 453-4045 are not recorded, and this site uses no call-tracking numbers.
