Team building activities, Ada OK: teams at Siege
Siege gives a team in Ada something to do together: a real axe throwing competition on projected targets, pool, games and pizza under one roof.
For a company event, Siege rents out the whole venue on any day, from 8 AM to 2 AM, outside its public hours, and can host a group of up to 100. Send the date and the headcount through the private-event form below, or call (580) 453-4045.
A small team on a regular Thursday to Saturday night books a lane with the button above, like any other visit. Siege is at 1606 Arlington St, Suite A in Ada, and team building is one of the experiences at Siege.
What are good company outing ideas in Ada, OK?
Siege in Ada is a company outing the whole team can join. The main event is an axe throwing competition on projected targets, where nobody arrives an expert and everyone gets a turn. The people who would rather not throw can play pool or air hockey, or have pizza.
Siege has hosted a work Christmas party, and that team wrote on Google about the game options, the seating, the music and the axe throwing competition. A private booking at Siege gives a team the venue to itself.
For a manager in Ada planning a team outing, Siege takes care of the parts that usually go wrong. There is food on site, and there is something for the people who do not like competitions. Nobody has to drive to Oklahoma City to find it.

How much does a private team event at Siege cost?
A private rental at Siege in Ada closes the venue to the public and gives the team every axe lane, the golf simulator, the pool tables and the table-top games, with Siege staff on hand to coach the throwing and run the games. Rates are per person, effective October 2026, with a rental minimum for each length. Every rate and term is on the Siege Group Events Menu (PDF), two pages to forward to whoever signs off.
| Length | Rental minimum | Activities only | With food and drinks |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 hours | $540 | $18 a person | $30 a person |
| 3 hours | $720 | $24 a person | $36 a person |
| 4 hours | $900 | $30 a person | $42 a person |
The minimums apply to a group under 30, so a small team can still book. Food and drinks mean pizza, funnel cakes, soft drinks and water, and they are always $12 for each guest who actually comes. A group of more than 60 books four hours for the extra lane time, up to 100 guests.
Outside catering, a dessert or a cake is welcome on any package at Siege with no outside food fee. Beer and mixed drinks run on a cash bar at menu prices, or an open bar can be added for $15, $19 or $23 a guest for two, three or four hours.
What team packages does Siege offer?
Two four-hour packages and a karaoke add-on at Siege in Ada add structure to a company event.

-
Full Karaoke A/V Setup
$150 an event: the stage, mics, song library on the big screens and house sound, run by the group all event. The Siege Takeover includes it.
What are the booking terms for a private event?
A 40% deposit holds the date for a private event at Siege, the balance is due on the day, and dates are not held until the deposit is in. The final headcount is due seven days before and can go up after that, but not down, and Siege bills on the waiver count. Rates are before sales tax, and a gratuity is never added automatically.
At 15 or more days out, a Siege deposit moves to any date within 12 months. From 8 to 14 days out, half of it is kept, and inside seven days it is not refunded. The host can arrive 15 minutes early to decorate and test the displays, at no charge and not earlier.
How do you book team building at Siege?
A private team event at Siege in Ada starts with the form on this page or a call to (580) 453-4045. The form is for an event that rents the whole venue, not for a regular night out. Tell Siege the date, the headcount and what the team is planning, and Siege replies by phone or email.
Any day of the week can work, because Siege books privately from 8 AM to 2 AM outside its public hours. Every attendee signs the online waiver before the event, not only the ones throwing axes, so the team can start as soon as it arrives.
Why do team-building activities work?
A shared activity gives coworkers something to talk about that has nothing to do with the job, which is most of the point. Axe throwing works especially well for this because few people on a team have done it before, so the usual office hierarchy does not carry over onto the lane. A newer employee can out-throw a manager, and that is exactly the kind of moment a team event is supposed to create.
The rest of Siege matters too. Not every employee wants to compete, and an event built around only one activity leaves those people standing around. Pool, the golf simulator and a table by the bar give a quieter option to anyone who would rather sit this one out.
How should a company budget for a team event?
Most companies planning an outing budget per person rather than as a flat number, which is why Siege prices a private rental the same way. Deciding between activities-only and a package with food and drinks usually comes down to timing: an event that replaces lunch or dinner works better with food included, and an after-work happy hour can skip it. The Siege Showdown and the Siege Takeover packages bundle food in already, for a team that does not want to decide item by item.
A gratuity is never added automatically to a Siege bill, so a manager who wants to tip the staff adds it separately, on top of whatever the rental and any open bar option come to.
What should a manager prepare before a team event at Siege?
A headcount is the main thing Siege needs, and it can move up until seven days before the event but not down. Passing along any food requests ahead of time, rather than at check-in, gives Siege time to plan for them. Everyone attending, including anyone who plans to only watch, signs the online waiver before the event starts.
A company card or a single group tab is the simplest way to handle a cash bar for a group this size, rather than splitting a tab by drink. Arriving 15 minutes early to decorate or set up a slideshow is built into the booking, so nobody has to rush.
Does a team event at Siege work for a hybrid team?
Yes, and it can matter more for a hybrid team than an in-office one. Coworkers who mostly see each other on a screen get an afternoon of the kind of small talk that normally happens by an office coffee machine, which a video call does not replicate. A private event at Siege gives that a full room and an activity to build it around, instead of leaving people to make conversation cold.
Scheduling it around when the team is actually together, rather than a random weekday, is worth planning for. Since Siege books private events any day of the week, that planning is about the team's calendar, not the venue's hours.
